Written by Secretary Frederick Kuehn [representing unknown firm, He was the president of the Home Savings Bank in Milwaukee], probably early May 1889, to Horsley?, listing the "proposed Directors" of the newly formed brewery syndicate or trust. Letter goes on to list the Company's many attributes and qualities. The proposed Directors are: Valentin Blatz, Milwaukee; John Kremer, Milwaukee [of the Milwaukee Oleograph Company, husband of Blatz' oldest daughter]; John L.
